Description and Application

The mobility of the Restrainer Chassis is optional for the unloading system for B-trains and road train trucks. Objective: The SAUR Mobile Restrainer Chassis  also locks directly on the tractor chassis, though offering mobility. Mobility offers conditions for locking b-trains in two areas, thus splitting the load.

Specifications

  • Operation: Vertical and horizontal via hydraulic cylinders. On B-trains, the first and last wheels sets of the last trailer are locked on the articulated wheel lock; then position the restrainer chassis mobile on the tractor chassis.
  • NOTE: As soon as the equipment begins to rise (to unload) the pressure on the system increases. With this the Mobile Restrainer Chassis  creates a forward force, limited at 100 bar (at a total of 16 tons).
