Description and Application

The Rotating Roll Clamp with fixed smaller arm and double larger arm (FD) enables handling of two rolls with different diameters. 

Specifications

  • Capacity: 2,200 to 3,500 Kg
  • Opening: 500 to 1,850 mm
  • Rotation: 360°
  • Two hydraulic functions (rotation and opening/closing)
  • This design gives visibility to the operator
  • High strength steel structure Linkages with self-lubricating bushings
  • Thin arms for better storing space use
  • Lifting Slings, as well as contact plate support and prottection
  • It does not damage the rolls
  • Relief valve to regulate the clamping pressure
