Description and Application

The Railroad Tie Clamp SAUR was designed to handle railroad ties with different sizes and weights with agility. Its structure features a Clamp with Forks Turning Fork and hydraulic sleeves for railroad ties. This assembly is applied at the mounting, removal, handling and 90° rotation of the ties, between storage and operation areas, with agility and totally safe to the operators, with no need for manual handling.

  • Forks with special fitting for clamps.
  • Clamp for railroad ties:
  • Fitting to the forks of the TFSE.

  • Clamp opening: 0 to 300 mm.
  • To be installed at a forklift with capacity of 3.000 kg.

Hydraulic commands:

  • Open/close right arm.
  • Open/close left arm.
  • Open/close the grippers of the left and right arms simultaneously.
  • Simultaneous rotation of left and right arms.
