Description and Application

The Pulp Bale Upended Clamp has a rotating system and four hydraulic shovels to handle pulp bales by the wire wrapped around the package. In this manner, it is possible to suspend bales, allowing the centralized position of the load in trucks during loading operations, and optimizing the residual value of the base equipment. It also allows to lean one bale against the other. It may be mounted on forklifts and loaders, or installed in overhead cranes.

  • Suspension by the wires wrapped around the pulp bale, through four hydraulically driven shovels.
  • It has chrome shafts, self-lubricating bushings, hydraulic cylinders manufactured with burnished tubes, quenched chrome piston rods, high-performance gaskets and with piloted retention valve incorporated to the system, thus guaranteeing safety in operations.
  • Connecting rod with dynamic brake in both directions, eliminating swinging movements of the load.
  • It includes a rotator for a 360-degree continuous rotation.
  • When installed in forklifts, it is necessary to use a jib-type device to suspend the clamp, with ISO 4 connector, two available hydraulic functions and structural frame made of high resistance plates, dimensioned to support the efforts of the operation.
